Pricing

Priced like a hire,
paid like a partner.

A monthly plan for the host, and 3% of the revenue it books you.

Two plans, published in full. A one-time build that a year's commitment waives. Month to month otherwise, and always your Stripe, your money, your data.

Plans

Both plans run the host.
One also runs your marketing.

Same host either way, on your own menu, rooms and voice, answering both your social DMs and your website chat. Demand Gen adds the marketing suite that creates the conversations in the first place.

  • Conversion

    Conversion: $299per month

Or $249 a month billed annually, which saves $1,598 in year one.

Turn the messages you already get into booked events.

    • The booking agent on Instagram & Facebook DMs
    • The same agent on your website chat
    • Menus, availability and deposit invoices handled in the thread
    • Booked events on your Google Calendar, guests in your dashboard
    • Follow-up surveys after every event
    • Unlimited AI menu photography (fair use)
    • Not in this plan

    • Email campaigns and seasonal creative

Works with Instagram, Facebook, Stripe, Google Calendar, Outlook, Google Analytics, Search Console and Google Business Profile.

  • Demand Gen

    Demand Gen: $499per month

Or $416 a month billed annually, which saves $1,998 in year one.

Fill the calendar when the inbox is quiet.

In every plan

The whole booking, not a piece of it.

From the first message to the deposit and the calendar, every plan carries the whole path. Nothing on this list is an upsell.

  • A host that answers every message

Questions, dates, menus, deposits: handled in the thread, with a human handoff queue for anything that needs you.

  • Both chat channels from the first plan

Your guests pick the inbox, not us. Social DMs and website chat are in every plan, never an upsell.

  • Deposits and invoices through your Stripe

The money goes straight to you. Vespar never touches your guests' payments.

  • Calendar, guest list, and follow-up surveys

Booked events land on your Google Calendar; every guest and conversation lives in your dashboard.

  • Analytics, never an add-on

Bookings by source, both chat channels side by side, and what each one returned. It is the one report we will not sell you separately, because it is the argument for everything else.

  • AI photography, with no per-image charge

Menu shots for the dishes a photographer never reached, and campaign artwork restyled from your own rooms. Real photographs are the only thing the host ever sends a guest; generated images stay in your menu and your marketing.

Launch service

Nobody sets this up alone.

We build your venue in Vespar with you, then prove it works before it speaks.

$1,000, one time, on your first invoice.

Or commit to a year and it goes away. An annual plan is billed without it.

  • Step 1

Your menu loaded and priced, your rooms, minimums and staffing entered
  • Step 2

Your policies turned into answers, and the agent tuned to your voice
  • Step 3

Stripe, Facebook & Instagram, Google Calendar and Mailchimp connected
  • Step 4

The whole booking path run end to end on test payments before launch
  • Step 5

Shadow mode first: the agent drafts, you read every reply, then we go live
  • And then

You are never the first to read a reply

A Vespar specialist reviews the host's drafts with you and signs off before a single message reaches a guest. That review is the part of this fee that never goes away.

The success fee

3%, and only when
we made you money.

SevenRooms takes a cut of transactions it processes. We take one only on revenue we can prove the host booked: an event that began as a conversation with Vespar and was paid. Your walk-in business is yours.

Charged monthly, in arrears, on money that actually arrived that month. The invoice shows the math on its face.

Worked example
6 booked events, collected$7,200
Demand Gen, per month$499
Success fee, 3% of $7,200$216
You pay Vespar$715
Stays with you, before your own costs$6,485

Revenue that otherwise sat in an unanswered inbox. Phone bookings, walk-ins and your regular service are never counted.

Questions

The fine print, in plain type.

What venues ask before they say yes. Anything else, ask us: a person answers.

  • What counts as revenue Vespar booked?

An event that started as a conversation with the host (in your DMs or on your site) and was paid. Phone bookings your team takes, walk-ins, and your regular service are never counted and never charged.

  • When is the 3% charged?

Monthly, in arrears, only on money that actually arrived that month. The invoice line shows the math: the collected amount, the rate, and the number of payments behind it.

  • What does fair use actually mean?

There is no charge per message, per guest, or per image. Behind that sits a monthly ceiling on model usage, set well above what a venue your size spends. If you ever reach it the host stops replying and hands your guests to your team, rather than running up a bill you never agreed to; you can top up for the rest of the month or move up a plan.

  • What does a year actually cost?

Paid annually, Conversion is $2,990 and Demand Gen is $4,990, billed once. That is two months free against the monthly rate, and the $1,000 launch service is waived on top. Monthly plans stay month to month.

  • Is there a contract?

Month to month, unless you choose to pay for a year and take the discount. The launch service is one-time either way; cancel any time and your data exports with you.

Start with your rooms.

A few questions about your venue and the events you host, and we'll show you what Vespar would book, and exactly what it would cost.
